Sonic's P.O.V:

I saw her again...

Dark pink quills...

Blood red eyes...

I must be going crazy...It can't be her...

I was at the club, getting a drink and getting my mind off my current situation, which is the fact that I'm no longer Sonic the Hedgehog...I'm Sonic the Werehog now...

It all happened a few months ago, when I was taking a run in the woods. It was in the afternoon, so I fell asleep and rested. I underestimated my fatigue, because when I woke up, it was the dead of night. I soon began to head back, but then I heard growling and before I knew it...I was being pursued by a wolf, with glowing red eyes...I tried to outrun it, but it managed to keep up with me. Tried to shake it off, but it managed to outwit me and soon...everything was a black blur...

When I came to, Tails was there and told me that I was attacked by some kind of wolf...But little did we knew that same wolf was a werewolf...

Now every night up to this point, I turn into a Werehog. Tails managed to make some kind of collar that allows me to turn into a Werehog at will, until he can find a permanent cure...But, that's not the thing that makes me sad and confused...

I quickly ran out the bar and looked around the place, hoping I can catch a glimpse of her again.

"Amy?!"

Amy Rose...a pink hedgehog whom I've met since childhood...

She was a fan girl...but over the years, we've grown closer...I even fell in love with her...

But, three years ago...she was killed in a car crash...

I wasn't there to save her, when it happened, but when it did...I was devastated. The last I saw of her, was in her hospital room, as she slowly began to die and slip away. Before she died, Amy told me to keep her golden bracelets and I told Amy before she died that I loved her. But now...I saw her about and I have to find her!

"Amy!" I called out, as I began to close my eyes and focus on a scent. Thanks to my werehog abilities, I have heightened senses of smell, hearing and sight. I soon smelt the sent of roses around the area, heading towards the forest. At least there, I can change into my werehog form and no one will figure it out...I soon ran out of the city in a few seconds and made it into the forest. Once there, I began to glow a bright blue and began to transform into a dark blue werehog with white tipped fur. My hands turned into paws with claws and my shoes became spiked. I soon began to run on all fours, as I began to hunt for Amy, I know that pink quills from anywhere...but the question is how is she here? Once I find her, I'll get to the bottom of this...

Amy's P.O.V:

Three years...I've been like this...

Three years...of being this...

A vampire...

I looked into the pond and wished I could see myself, but I can't anymore since vampires have no reflection in the mirror or even in the water. Although now that I think about it, I probably wouldn't look any different except that my pink quills are a shade darker and longer, not to mention that my eyes are probably red. I barely remember how it all happened...

Flashback, 3 years ago...

I felt my consciousness slip away, as I felt my life slip away, as I lay there dying in my hospital bed. I looked and saw Sonic was crying and holding my hand, saying how sorry he was for not being there to save me...then before I closed my eyes I heard Sonic tell me...that he loved me...I soon gave him my bracelets to remember me by, before I slipped away...

It was a void, my memory blank of my death until I felt some kind of power waking me up...Then, I began to force my way out of what I felt like was a coffin and I soon began to crawl out from all the dirt on top of me. I looked around and saw that I was wearing a pink dress with roses on it and I was in the middle of a graveyard. I looked and saw that I crawled out of my own grave!

1993-2014

"I'm...dead?!" I exclaimed, speechless. Then I looked at my hands, noticing they were slightly pale and I noticed something nearby my grave. I looked and bent down, realizing that it was a ring. It had a bright pink crystal, with light blue sapphires across the band. I picked it up and then, I heard a voice in my head.

'Put on the ring, Amy Rose...'

"Huh?! W...Who said that?!" I exclaimed, as I frantically looked around, trying to find the owner of that voice.

'I'm your subconscious, right now, you need that ring...'

'What does it do?' I asked, as I put it on.

'For now, it's to protect you from the sun...Amy Rose, you've been reborn as a vampire...'

'A...A VAMPIRE?!' I repeated, then began to get suspicious. 'Wait, if you're my subconscious, how do you know all of this?'

'Save the questions for later...right now, you have to put that ring on unless you want to die in the sun...'

All I did was nodded, as I slipped the ring on my finger and watched it sparkle in the night. Then, I began to put the dirt back on top of my grave, so no one would raise an alarm of suspicion that the coffin's been broken open and there's no body inside of it. I nodded, as I finished my handiwork and with my dirt covered dress held up by the skirt a bit, I began to leave the cemetery making sure that no one saw me, especially now that I'm a vampire.

Flashback End

Now that I'm here...I've learned how to survive as a vampire and going by the fake name, Cherish Blossom, so I can be free to go around and no one will ever be the wiser. But Sonic...My Sonic...I feel so sorry for him...I want to speak to him, but I'm afraid...what will he say? What will he do, when he discovers that I'm a vampire?

I didn't have much time to think, when I heard a familiar voice behind me.

"Amy...?"

No P.O.V:

Amy flinched, hearing the unmistakable voice of her lover. She looked and gasped in shock, as she saw Sonic in his werehog form and Sonic saw that Amy has blood red eyes and her long pink hair was a darker shade.

"S...Sonic?!" Amy exclaimed, shocked to see Sonic was a Werehog again after so long. "I...It's you!"

"Amy..." Sonic said, as he approached her and looked into her eyes. "...Is it really you? What happened?"

Amy began to tear up, as she ran over to Sonic and hugged him, burying her face into his furry stomach.

"Oh Sonic...I'm so...so sorry!" Amy sobbed, while Sonic looked at her silently and petted her head gently. "I...I don't know...I was dead and suddenly, I woke up in my grave...I...I remember the car crash...and a voice...telling me that I'm a vampire now...Sonic...I..."

"Shh..." the blue Werehog told the pink female vampire hedgehog. "...It's OK Amy...I'm just happy that you're here..."

"Y...you are?" Amy asked, with a blush on her face.

"Yes, because..." Sonic told her, as he gently cupped her face. "...I get to see you again...and this time...I'm not letting you go..."

Amy looked into Sonic's eyes, before she felt Sonic kissing her. Amy blushes, feeling happy inside because she's been waiting for this moment for years, even if she and Sonic are a vampire and Werehog respectively. Amy began to kiss him back, feeling happy and safe in his arms and not wanting him to let go of her.

Sonic slowly opened his eyes, as he saw Amy kissing him gently. 'Even if she's a vampire now...I will always love her, no matter what...'
