OK, I sorta based this story from a Scorosy story from Fanfiction.net, titled "The Rule of Rosy." I just made it a Prince Sonic and Princess Amy version of it but full credit goes to the original author.

Dear Princess Amy,

I'm so glad to finally have a friend of my own to talk to. I feel so alone when it comes to my duties and lessons. I still can't believe we know each other for 8 months now ever since we met at that lake. You're one of the greatest; like the time we skipped stones across the water, played hide and seek and tag (heh, even if I sorta beat you most of the time) we always have the best of fun. Hey, you got free time tomorrow afternoon? I could also meet you at that same lake.

Dear Prince Sonic,

I'm so grateful for having you as a friend and you're lucky because I'm free tomorrow. I'm so glad that we've met too because you're the only thing in my life to make me smile and full me up with loads of joy. I'll see you there soon Sonic, meet me at the lake at 3. I'll be free by then.

Dear Ames,

It's been years and sorry I haven't been writing for awhile but I have to be the bearer of bad news...In a few days, I'm gonna be engaged to a girl I haven't even met but I don't love her...I wanna run away but I can't; the reason is that I have to because my kingdom needs to unite to save our kingdom since out money is practically next to nil...I wish I could come see you but I have to meet her today...I wish I could find a loop hole to this but before I close off, I just wanna say...I love you...

Dear Sonikku,
I love you too...I want to be with you and live the rest of my life with you but your responsibility is interfering with our arranged plans. I wish there was something I could do is just go ahead and take care of your kingdom, it needs you more that I do...Just let me go, Sonic...just let me go...

Dear Ames,

I can't take this anymore, the pain of never writing to you is unbearable and I would do anything just to be next to you. I want to run away with you, I don't care about anything else in the world as long as you're with me. Let's run away together, far away from this place. Amy please, I can't live like this anymore...I love you Amy Rose, will you marry me...(A couple of tears are on the paper and enclosed is a red rose and a blue rose)

Dear Sonikku,
...I will...Like the roses, they grow and bloom together so well and I've always loved you, and ever since you stopped writing to me. I thought I was too late, so after tonight we'll be together at last and stop with the long distance letters and talk to each other face to face...may my kiss enclosed in this give you strength...(A kiss mark was in one corner of the letter)
